Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, The Reigate Optical Rooms must halt the lens manufacturing process, have the job withdrawn from the 24/7 on-line ordering system. This process uses lab-time and will incur administrative costs. Lenses will be refunded less these administrative costs and subject to a dispensing fee.
Frames in most cases may be returned into stock and refunded, unless they are bespoke made or the frame has been permanently altered.
Booking Policy
To ensure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice should you wish to cancel your appointment as a courtesy to our optometrist and other clients. Giving this notice will enable us to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. Missed appointments will be charged at the full professional fee.
Refund Policy
We will offer a full refund for the frame (unless it is bespoke). However, lenses cannot be refunded as they are truly bespoke. Instead we ask that you allow Spectique to do all poosible to accommodate your visual needs.
